1. Orders
- By placing an order you accept these terms. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods.
- We may decline an order before dispatch; any payment made will be refunded in full.
- We may limit the quantity per order (e.g. when an order would use up the entire stock).
- If an item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may offer a suitable substitute.
2. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT for deliveries within Cyprus. Prices may change; the price shown at the moment of your order applies.
3. Payment
Cash on delivery, or card (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro) on delivery or in store. See the Payment page for details.
4. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 working day and delivered by ACS courier in 1–2 working days. Rates are listed on the Delivery page; delivery is free for orders over €200.
5. Changes & cancellation
- Changes before dispatch: Mon–Fri (except public holidays) by phone +357 96431018 or email.
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by sending us a written notice with the order details (beauty and personal-care products excluded).
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation notice, unopened, with seals and original packaging intact.
- Eligible returns receive a full refund or a credit note. Items not meeting these conditions cannot be returned.
6. Liability
Website content is for personal, non-commercial use and general information only. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site. Please keep your account password safe.
